The Essential Package

Our fundamental maintenance service designed to keep your home healthy, fresh, and visually tidy. Use this interactive guide to explore the specific tasks performed in each area of your home.

Bathrooms

Our goal in the bathroom is to sanitize high-touch areas and leave surfaces sparkling. We focus on hygiene and removing water spots.

Shower & Tub Care

Scrub, clean, and dry sink, tub, and tiles. Includes glass doors and polishing faucets (inside & out).

Decluttering to Dust

Moving personal items to dust surfaces underneath.

The Toilet

Comprehensive cleaning: inside the bowl, outside, and the often-missed area behind the base and lids.

Surfaces & Sills

All remaining surfaces, ledges, and window sills are wiped clean.

Floors & Rugs

Vacuum/sweep and mop, including scrubbing and scraping by hand if necessary. Brushed and rolled or hung to dry.

Mirrors & Glass

Polished to a streak free shine.

Kitchen

The kitchen service focuses on grease removal and surface sanitation to keep your food prep areas safe and inviting.

Stove Top

Face and front panel thoroughly cleaned.

Countertops

Cleaned and disinfected. Items moved to clean behind and under them.

Appliances

Dust and clean exterior of all appliances, including the hood range.

Sinks & Faucets

Cleaned, dried, and polished.

Floors & Rugs

Vacuumed/swept and mopped. Hand-scrubbing applied to stubborn spots.

Finishing Touches

General room straightening, polishing mirrored surfaces & stainless steel. Folding towels.

Living Areas/Bedrooms

Focuses on removing allergens and maintaining a 'ready-for-company' look throughout the rest of your home.

Structural Details

Wiping down hallways, banisters, ledges, and window sills.

Dusting

Removal of items (reasonable amount) to dust surfaces below. Includes behind TVs and computers.

General Tidying

General room straightening to clear visual clutter.

Floors & Rugs

Thorough vacuum followed by mopping. Special attention to spots on the floor.

Mirrors & Glass

Polished to a streak free shine.

Homes with pets naturally require a little extra time and attention, especially when it comes to hair and dander on floors, baseboards, furniture, and windows. To ensure we can give your home the care it deserves, we include a small Furry Friends add-on when pets live in the home.
